"The staff at the hotel are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We booked a junior suite and yes the room is large and had some welcome snacks for us on arrival the bathroom area was tired. There was one dressing gown and other small bits that let the hotel down. We had an awful trouble with the hotel arranging a transfer from the airport with persistent messages tbat it must be paid up front in to their bank. It all just became stressful and we felt like crimials over a £7 taxi ride. "

"Overal are standard, I’ve stayed there for full 3 weeks!! The cleaners didnt do their job properly..they didn’t change the bed often, so it’s poor service "
