"Host was great and very responsive to questions. This is a nice unit but I would not call it a “condo” like many other units in Innisbrook. No table, couch, etc but the pictures show it. It was more hotel-room like but did have microwave and small fridge. The adjoining room had a very noisy family with kids and there is not a lot of noise-reduction with a shared interior door. It is a 3rd floor unit so be ready to climb steps which I was good with. We would stay again. "

"This location was perfect for a family get-together for New Year's Eve...3 generations, three adults, two children and 2 dogs... Close to a beautiful beach where it is walkable if you choose or there is also public beach parking nearby. We would definitely go back to this rental in the future. Andi was great with providing checkin details, bring pets and a providing a pack and play for the 1 yr old. She was very quick to reply with assistance and questions."

"We had a great stay! The location was ideal - walkable to downtown Dunedin, the Pinellas Trail and just a short ride down to Honeymoon Island. Having a pool and restaurant on site made it even more convenient. The condo was clean and comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip down to Dunedin! "
