"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It was an easy to get towels, chairs and umbrellas. The beach is right behind the hotel and takes less than a minute to walk there with a shower right off the beach entrance. Beach was clean and the water was so warm. The sun is intense, so bring a lot of sunscreen. It was a safe area, and we felt comfortable with our 2 teen girls going out on their own around the hotel area / beach. You don’t need to rent a car. "I love love love this place!! I was with five teens and pre-teens and they loved it. It was an easy check-in, the front desk personnel are awesome, parking was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. The view was amazing. I loved the fact that the beach was so close. The beach chairs, towels and umbrella that they provided was way convenient. We didn't use the kitchen, we ate at the local restaurants, which for the most part was in walking distance. Pier 60 was super close too."

"This was a very nice quaint condo. Location was great, condo was very clean. This is all we really needed. The only thing I would suggest is to have some sort of foil sheets for toaster oven in order to use and some sort of coffee, creamer and sugar packets. There are coffee filters but we had to go to grocery store right away in order to have coffee in the morning. Other than that it was a great place and would recommend it to others. Having chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. that we could check out at the desk was a real plus. The parking garage had plenty of spaces for us. "We loved the close proximity to the beach, including a few restaurants within walking distance. The property was clean and looked like it appeared in photos. The managers were prompt and kind. The only critique would be they could add a few necessities that would help make their place more like staying at home, such as a primary bedroom garbage can and chip clips. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay there again."
