"The welcome was good (the staff are lovely) and the room clean, spacious, comfortable and with plenty of facilities. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace, with cushions and blankets to borrow, if needed and a honesty system for drinks. They made arrangements for our dietary requirements. Located close to the beach in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Would definitely stay there again"

"This property is on a quiet street and our rooms were lovely and clean. The owner is very engaging and caring. I was a bit apprehensive coming to South Africa, but “Lord Flanegan” as I call him made us feel welcome and safe. He is very helpful and generous with his time. Oh and the breakfast. Thx Stewart. "Disappointing for a 4star. Limited breakfast options, simple things like, no fried or boiled or poached eggs, no filter coffee. Only one plug point in the room. Iron in room had no settings and I ended up scorching my garment. Noise was on another level from staff, and when asked to please quiet down a bit , was laughed at. The pics are nothing like the actual venue. Pool was green, so in scorching 30• weather you could not swim either. I would not stay again or recommend either."
