"Fantastic service. Was greeted at our Uber by a lovely lady who asked if it was our first time at the Pullman. She showed us to the desk to check in and said hope you enjoy your stay. Our view from the 15th floor was incredible, views of the mcg and the city. Room was impeccably clean. Pool was lovely and the clivedon bar food was lovely. Can’t fault it. "

& a nice gym with lockers. Buffet breakfast had a decent selection. Tram on the doorstep and an easy walk to Melbourne museum, theatres, Melbourne Central & Bourke St mall. Recommend to all type of travellers. "

Difficult to find (even taxis and food delivery had a hard time finding us), Uncomfortable beds (king advertised was really two singles pushed together), room wasn’t cleaned during our stay (1week), used towels weren’t taken away, cooking utensils were limited (no spatula and no large pan), pool was nice but not easily accessible. Every guest should receive their own pool key."

"A Melbourne stay-cation in the perfect location. Stayed with our 3 children and in-laws. Beautiful tree-lined, quiet spot, easy walking distance to the city. Property is a little dated but very clean, with all amenities as advertised. Kids loved the mezzanine level as a retreat for them and the communal pool. Rick was a great host, helping us to promptly resolve a parking issue upon arrival. Very responsive and determined for us to have a great stay, which we did. Would highly recommend for...

"The apartment is quite small. It had only a blow heater to warm, so it was actually quite cold. The bathroom mirror extends out over the basin so it is hard to use, clean teeth etc. The company puts a large cleaning fee onto the stay and yet then expects half the cleaning to be done by occupant before they leave which seems a bit rich."
