"First time staying there & I loved my overall experience!"

"I appreciated that this property was clean, not far from the strip, and free from gambling. I saw this as a deal on Expedia, but neglected to read the fine print that they require $100 deposit for each day of your stay in addition to your lodging fee. Our check-in process was fairly easy but there was one particular staff person at the front desk that had a passive aggressive attitude. When I enter the lobby to ask if they had a luggage cart, he informed me I would have to leave my ID to access the cart, and I complied. When done loading our stuff on the cart we went to check in, and I was surprised to learn of the extra deposit fee, but paid it. All of our interactions with this staff person were tense. Subsequent interactions with the same staff person didn’t go any better. Our room had a sofa bed that was broken. I had to call maintenance so that they could log a report that it was broken and needed to be replaced. When I checked at the front desk to make sure they had that noted it was broken so we would not lose our deposit, they didn’t have any notes. I’m torn about staying again because I like the location and other features of this hotel, but interactions with one person at the front desk have clouded my view. All other staff were friendly and helpful, including the maintenance and housekeeping."

"We loved this hotel! Our first time here, and we come to Vegas very often and I have never put attention to this hotel but is just incredible. We loved the separate buildings and all the gardens around them. The easy parking around our building room, so closed to walk to get to the room, especially after long walks in the city, ( in our case, walking a lot in the Festival). It feels so spacious and with nature, the little pool was nice and relaxed. The staff was so attentive and gentle. We just loved it. We want to come back here soon!!"

"Pool was closed, had to ask if there was an upgrade to get a refrigerator which they waived the fee, no coffee in the room, room wasn't cleaned on 2nd day had to ask if they could clean and leave fresh towels, the 3rd day no clean towels or housekeeping. Only interested in the gamblers. Paid almost $400.00. Will not use this hotel ever again"
