"The family room was large with air conditioning, very comfortable mattresses and bedding, plenty of good quality towels, shower gel and a body moisturiser in the bathroom and complimentary bottles of drinking water, tea and coffee (machine). The staff could not have been more helpful with our questions and requests. We were allowed to check in earlier (£20 fee). Their pizzas were really good. "Beautiful area. Lovely clean room. Only downside of coming in winter or during bad weather is the restaurant and hotel are not all in one building. They are only a few steps apart but enough to get wet. Also not great for elderly due to cobbles floor outside area. But that’s all part of the character of the building. Will definitely be staying again as we live Abingdon. "
