"Grand hotel with classy decor. The smart switches and curtains work well. Beds are comfortable with good linen. Front desk staff is competent and courteous. House keeping is a bit inconsistent - often took our bath mat and not replaced, empty bath gel container was not refilled etc. It was quickly resolved by talking to the front desk though. "

"Room was nice but very hot. Even with the temperature set to 10 degrees and full fan level 3 it was pumping out hot air. Due to this I had to have the window open meaning I was constantly having smoke come into my room from the street below, and meaning the room (facing the street with a tram) was so loud at night it was almost impossible to sleep. There was also music coming from downstairs until gone midnight all 3 nights I stayed, with the bass so loud even with earplugs in I could feel it in my bed. Don’t stay here if you want to rest "

"Room was clean and well stocked, breakfast was great, complimentary refreshments at reception during throughout the day, spa & swimming facilities was great - including bathrobe & slippers (liked the addition of having to wear a swimming cap, I didn't use the gym but it looked decent, not too far for public transport & restaurants. I would 100% stay again"

"Amazing! Travelled with our 10 month old baby and would recommend to anyone staying in Sofia. Hotel was immaculate, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was stunning and so spacious. We even had mini toiletries in the bathroom specifically for our baby and a cot was provided free of charge. 100% recommend. "

The only nice thing there was a nice Ferrari 4x4 and that it is nothing else, After I went I stayed in Hilton and Hilton. It’s hundred percent better Cleaner brand-new, excellent service, the stuff it’s very communicative. You cannot compare between Hilton. "
