"After a full day of walking what a treat the Station House was! Beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed, lots of hot water, the use of the common room, a informative book about the property and local suggestions as well as a cafe of delicious food."

"The main reason for my 2 star rating was the unacceptable noise at night. Sounded like a immersion heater or similar going beserk. It was like trying to sleep next to a jet engine. I was in room 2. I left very early as it was so bad, I just couldn't stand the noise. The hotel wasn't too bad, but ifyou can't sleep what's the point of staying? Not recommended. I'm glad it was only one night."

"We had a text a couple of days before and were able to ask a couple of questions. We were welcomed by Vernon on arrival and shown around the hotel. Vernon was keen to show the girls the dancing and they had a long session the next morning. Breakfast was cereal and we had coffee and tea. The guest house is very clean and tidy and welcoming.
