"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"

"The room was really clean. However it’s nice when the employees actually take time to walk you through the burrows. I just appreciate the empathy for first timers and like me solo & only person I’ve met his some really great staff & a few jokes with the nice bell man. So thank you- Matt L"

"Location is great. A bit of a walk to the center of midtown, but we enjoyed that peace!! Rooms are LARGE for NYC. Rooftop is gorgeous and staff was lovely and kind. Clean and meets every need. I hope to be back!"
