"Room and suites are small in keeping with hotels built at the time. The decor was outdated and needs refreshing - badly. The staff - especially Jasmine - was fanatic especially in trying to recover a lost wallet. It’s also worth noting the location was great."

"The property is very nice and located well. The only suggestion I have is to add a soda vending machine. There is a location downstairs to buy things but it closes early, so you have to leave property to get anything. They do however have vending for electronics. The property is very nice and clean and close to Grand Central if you take the train into the city."

"This hotel was great. The rooms are a little small, but my wife and I were exploring all day so the space was perfect just to come back and rest. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great area that makes walking to sites easy. The rooftop view is awesome, a nice cherry on top of everything."

"There was no game room as advertised and food options were limited. The room was a little tight but worked just fine. Easy access to parking next door. The bartender Alton was the man."
