"A very mediocre experience. The room was large and had a kitchen. It seemed fairly clean but not quite as clean as one would like. No soap to wash dishes. There were loud noises late at night in the hallway as well as various street noises all night long. The staff was friendly and did their best to be accommodating. I asked to change rooms, but they couldn’t. "

"Stayed at Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central for one night and it was honestly fine. Location is super convenient, which is the main win. Room was clean, and I loved the rooftop with free coffee and water fountains, the workspace situation was actually so nice. They’ll also hold your bags if your room isn’t ready yet, which was clutch. Biggest shock… how QUIET it was at night. I was on the 21st floor so maybe that helped, but it was like crisp, dead silence. Slept so well. That said, I wouldn’t stay again. The room had a slight moldy smell, felt pretty outdated, and just wasn’t really my vibe. Also no food or restaurant options, which was kinda annoying. Overall, it’s exactly what you’d expect for the price! good for a quick stay, but not somewhere I’d go back to. "
