"This was a lovely place to stay. Despite being in NY the room was quiet and big and luxurious. The quality of linens and towels was great. My only complaint would be that there was a big line to check in and check out. They should have more staff at the desk. Otherwise great location and stay"

"The property overall was fine, lobby area was nice. The room had a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was a disaster! The toilet was situated so close to the shower that it made it very difficult to use unless you were a contortionist."

"It wasn’t just a bad experience—it was completely unacceptable. As soon as we entered the room, it was unbearably hot and the air conditioning wasn’t working. When we went downstairs to request a different room, we were told that the entire building had the AC turned off and that only the heat was running. That is something guests should be clearly informed of before booking—not after arriving. We immediately requested to cancel our reservation, less than 20 minutes after check-in, yet we are still waiting to be reimbursed. The lack of urgency and accountability is extremely frustrating. Thankfully, we were able to find a last-minute alternative at The Kimberley Hotel, and the difference was night and day. They were outstanding in every way. We highly recommend staying there instead."
