"This is where I stayed for my very first trip to NYC and overall I was very satisfied. The staff was very nice. They answered any questions that I had. I definitely felt at ease as a solo traveler. It’s an older building. It’s gonna have a few quirks but I think it really has a lot of character. The location is fantastic and I was able to walk a lot of places. Housekeeping was very prompt and brought fresh towels etc daily."

"Very good location to subway and Central Park. Easy to get around the city from this hotel. In our room the television / house phone didn't work, but the TV was repaired the next day. The sink was awkwardly small with limited water pressure especially at night. Staff was very helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and my wife is a repeat customer!"

"Great hotel experience overall. The location was perfect for a tourist and not too hectic like other parts of NYC. The hotel has a very cool bar and terrace. The rooms were clean and included thoughtful complimentary things. Staff were super nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!"
