"Front the staff were very unhelpful and busy talking to each other when customers would approach. Your concierge and valet were busy exchanging information and talking to each other and not helpful at all. Had to stop their conversation when I approach them for information. The room was beautiful and very clean and housekeeping was very friendly and more helpful than any of your staff was."
