"Emily was kind and welcoming at check in! She even helped me out when I realized I'd forgotten my phone charger. The only bummer this stay was how long it took to reopen the pool when storms were in/moved out of the area. There could have been more communication on that from the people making the decision, especially since that meant access to the steam room and sauna also was cut off. The staff did a great job of being friendly while everyone waited!"

"We always love staying at this Embassy Suites in Milwaukee. It's in a great spot with free parking and tons of restaurants nearby. The cocktail hour and breakfasts are a huge plus."

"Love the place but get noisy at night. The restaurant is very bad. Food prices doesn’t match the quality. Service is terrible, we get our food about 35 minutes but the other couples are walking out. Don’t eat there, please go to other places"

"Nice staff everywhere. Bar, restaurants, front desk...one disturbing thing though...Asked 3-4 people at front desk if I could get the Milwaukee Brewer game on TV....they had no clue. I found a "Milwaukee" channel guide on the TV, which turned out was impossible to use....also no one knew about that. A couple times the person went to ask a "manager", only to come back with no answer. Disappointing."
