Completely updated 3 bedroom home on beautiful Lake Beulah!! Enjoy a long weekend getaway or full week on the lake. Very close to nearby golf courses. Brand New fully insured 2015 Tahoe Pontoon boat available upon request!
Come enjoy yourself in East Troy, WI. Only 30 minutes from Lake Geneva or Milwaukee. 60 minutes from Madison, and 90 miles to Downtown Chicago. Lake Beulah is an incredibly clean and spring-fed lake. Perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing with over 850 acres of water. In the summer, come explore the lake, the 27 holes of golf course up the road, Elegant Farmer (Apple Picking, Trolley Rides and Apple Pie Baked in the Bag), and much more. There are many other exciting attractions in the area, including Alpine Valley Resort (Golf and Skiing) and Milwaukee Festivals (Summer fest, Italian, German, Irish, Wisconsin State Fair and more). In the winter months, come enjoy downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing.
The property is furnished with:
1. Large outside sitting deck off the family room
2. Outside patio seating for 8 people
3. Weber Gas Grill
4. Bedroom one (Two Twin Beds)
5. Bedroom two (King Bed)
6. Bedroom Three (Twin)
7. Queen hide a bed / pull out bed Family Room.
8. Kitchen plates, glasses, cooking pans, blenders, toasters, coffee pot, etc (Fully Stocked Kitchen)
9. Central Air Zoned downstairs and upstairs
10. 2 car garage with additional free parking spots
11. 20’ 2015 Tahoe Pontoon Boat with 90 HP Mercury (Fully licensed and Insured) or a boat slip for your own personal boat. Please advise if you will be needing the Pontoon boat
12. 65” flat screen television with Bose system in Family Room
13. 45” flat screen television master bedroom
14. The house has wireless internet - so bring your laptop(s) and tablet(s),
15. Walking proximity to next door Pub.
16. Hinckley Springs Bottled Water dispenser
A boat is available for hire during your stay. If you choose to rent the boat, an additional fee of $650 per day applies

safe escape
We enjoyed the convenience of a house with everything we needed on a beautiful lake. We took the pontoon boat to the sand bar swim spot and it provided a covid free escape when most beaches in the area were closed.

Won't be coming back
The lake is beautiful. And the house is fine. Very comfortable. But it is not quiet. There is a bar on both sides of the house. We were woken up on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 2:00 am when the bar closed.
The even bigger issue was communication. I tried 4 times to contact John without success. After many frustrating and contentious conversations, we came to a resolution about renting his boat. But even after that, John changed the agreement and there were still mistakes in the contract.
We will not rent this house again.

Fabulous
Loved Lake Beulah, the house is perfect for a family. The owner was extraordinary, so helpful and easy to work with on all fronts. The boat was the best part of our stay we loved the lake.

Great Week at the Lake
Our family of 6 rented this lovely home for a week! The home was very clean and well stocked. The pontoon was great and right our the front door. The home has a beautiful view of Lake Beulah which is a really nice lake. The owner was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to others!
