"From beginning front desk to end bellman, EVERYONE was great. This is my favorite hotel in NYC for location - the back entrance is perfect - and the great staff are unmatched. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, well-kept, and there are plenty of elevators and they WORK. This hotel is in the very heart of the theatre district so no cabs needed unless leaving the Times Square area. I miss the full breakfast option rather than grab-and-go, but the partnership with Carve is nice. I will be back!"

"I did not like that the towel in the rooms were old and scruffy. The location was excellent for subway access. I liked that there was a coffee shop inside and next door. "

"Great from the location, to the service received from everyone I encountered. Hotel was in a great location walking distance from Restaurants, Bars, Broadway shows and so much more. Room was clean and comfortable. Small for my taste but typical NY hotel. Would definitely stay here again. "

This time our room was nicer (more sun light, in better shape and smelled nice) I love the view of the Cathedral and most of the staff were polite and willing to help. We travel often to NYC and had stayed at many hotels but Lotte Palace has become our favorite hotel in NYC we will definitely stay here again."
