"East village hotel is a gem if you are looking to stay in the area in a “budget.” Easy keyless access. Note that there is no staff on site except for daily housekeeping. Rooms were clean and having a kitchen, although we were too busy to use it was a nice touch. Be prepared to hike up stairs with luggage as there is no elevator. Luckily we were on first floor meaning only about 20 narrow steep stairs. We requested a low floor with reservations directly for an $25 fee. This is based on...
