It was the perfect size for our family, the location was wonderful and the neighbors renting were so kind. We had everything we needed. One downside was the family staying in the big house kept throwing their dog poop all around the garbage can, which was not pleasant to navigate around when taking out the garbage and yucky to look at. "This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. "We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this location right on the water. The road there was interesting as it is narrow and bumpy with tall weeds on both sides. But once you arrive, it is just breathtaking. The home was just right for us and our needs. The only suggestion to the homeowners is to provide better dishes, cups, and mugs. The gentleman next door was incredibly sweet and kind, as was his dog, Luna. You will enjoy the sound of the ocean tides and the seals. We got a kick out of watching and...

We really appreciated the two minute walk to the beach and quick walk to the Poppy Market which we visited daily for morning coffees and dinner. The water views off the back patio were beautiful.
