"I really enjoyed our stay here as we just wrapped up a week. We had a big family reunion in town so I didn’t spend a great deal of time on the property, however, the time I did was very good. The master bedroom mattress was so good, I’m going to try to buy one for my house. Communication was on point and very courteous. Overall, five star for me!"

"We were in town to celebrate my Mother's 95th birthday. We stayed Saturday night and loved the location and all of the amenities that were available. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of beds for everyone. The grandchildren loved having the 3rd floor to themselves! Should let people know in advance that the heated pool isn't heated unless you request it and there is an additional charge."

"We had a group of kids and adults from our church. We were in Wichita for some volunteer activities. This location was perfect for our group. The division of space and the four bathrooms provided a great space and great functionality for our group. We had a great space to spend time together while also having privacy with the bedrooms. I highly recommend this property."

"We could not have found a more comfortable home to spend our two weeks in while we were in town to celebrate two events. It is well stocked with many extras, clean and very comfortable beds! The hosts were quick to answer when we had a couple of questions and very easy to work with. We will be returning in the future!!"

"Everything about my stay was good. The only recommendation I have is to put a sensor on the porch light for guests arriving late. It was very dark and hard to see the door lock when I arrived. Thankfully I had the flashlight on my phone. We did have an issue with the door as a previous guest mentioned but it was taken care of in a timely matter. I would recommend this house and would stay there again in the future."

"Five of us ladies came to Wichita for a Friday night and Saturday Bible study workshop. It worked very well to have the two bedrooms with 2 beds in each and one friend had the master bedroom. The house is on a dead end street, so there was no noise from traffic. The large living room was very nice for visiting . The hosts were very responsive when we needed anything. The kitchen is very well done and we loved the little sitting area off the kitchen."

"The house was listed as a 3 bedroom 2 bath but it only has 1 and a half bath. It worked ok for us but the listing needs to be changed. The thermostat needs batteries so we had to purchase and replace them. The ventes in the living room were covered in dust. Just needs a bit more care in the overall cleanliness. The house has a great layout and has lots of room and we would love to rent it again and try out the pool. The host was very friendly and responded to me quickly on questions. Overall...

"The pictures of the backyard don't do it justice! We met in Wichita for a short family reunion and had three dogs with us. They stayed in their kennels while inside, but they could stretch their legs in the backyard chasing balls and playing together. Nick and Kassidy reached out to us before we arrived to ask our preferred temperature for the hot tub. Only three ended up using that, but they all enjoyed it.
