"The bed caved in to the middle of the bed. The shower had no hot water. The light switch in the bathroom did not switch easily."

"There is no breakfast when we went. We had to ask for another room thankfully they placed a student in the other room, but the other room was just as bad as the first room. The staff was amazing 10 out of 10 the bed had cigarette burns. There was stains on the wall. The ceiling was falling down in the bathroom overall quality one out of 10 I did not even want my head, touching the pillow pillows, but we needed a place to stay. "

"I was not expecting the hotel to look exactly like it was advertised, but I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk was very friendly and bubbly. I wish I remembered her name. She had to be the person working from 2-10. The room was very clean and very spacious and was decorated like a home. I am in a wheelchair right now and was having surgery the next day so I had to take a shower and the roll in showers were perfect. They had a big padded bench for me to transfer to and take a shower and it was easy to get in and out of the shower and bathroom. I will stay here again next time I come to Wichita."

"The hardest bed I have ever slept in. 50 of us stayed in the same place. All of us were up and down all night. We will find a different location for our meeting next year. "

"This is one of the best stays I have possibly stayed at. This includes some luxury hotels I’ve tried that were just garbage. It has a nice heated pool and hot tub that I have never experience before and the room was big, had two bathrooms and super clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy! You won’t be disappointed. :)"

"I had to immediately checkout because I have a severe allergy to cigarettes and I started having a reaction before I even got in my room. Definitely not a smoke free facility. "
