The sink apparently backed up while we were gone because we returned to nasty black stuff all in it. We were away all day and didn’t use it. Public men’s room stayed stopped up for three days. Husband even offered to plunge it himself. Dog poop was in the hall. Hall and room had cigarette smoke smell."

"There was a note that the dryer was out of order. The WI FI user name/PW were not left on the wall as promised. A light bulb in the fixture above the dining table needed replacing. The living room tv wasn't hooked up at all. The clock on the wall above the tv needed a battery replacement. I sent the owners a message about these items via the VRBO app and got no reply. I did not stay at this place. I stayed at a hotel instead. "

"Inside, the house is styled beautifully and well-stocked with lots of extras to make the stay comfortable. The home was clean. I realize we were coming at the tail end of winter for an unseasonably warm weekend, but the back yard and back patio were messy and dirty. The backyard area was not usable. "
