"The breakfast was gross, the lady at the front office named WANDA was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my entire life zzz told me and my husband we weren’t allowed to use the bathroom downstairs in lobby that we have one in our room. No sign on door saying employee use only. Smoked detector was going off continuously and no one would change the battery. Remote didn’t work. Curtains broken. "

Although it was a stressful time the staff was extremely patient, kind, and friendly, especially to the people in front of us in line to check-in who didn't seem to understand the details of their stay. I think the staff even spent the night at the hotel just in case it was so bad they weren't able to get to work the following day. The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was amazing with many delicious options, including the fixings for the oatmeal. We visit our grandson who lives in the area, about once a year. We will definitely stay here again."
