"The staff at the Moxy is amazing! So warm and friendly, they go out of their way to make your stay feel like a home away from home. The bar service is excellent (shout out to Tricky) and there is a wide range of delicious cocktails and dining options. The rooms are very clean and minimalistic. I especially enjoy the first floor lobby area with the bar in the centre, games area, the ‘secret room’, outdoor patios, and well equipped gym. There’s often a very good vibe with live entertainment and a DJ, particularly on the weekends. I will definitely be returning to the Moxy. "

"I was very disappointed as the Muir Hotel on arrival informed me that they would not give me Marriott points for my 3 night stay as I had made the booking through Expedia. Had I known this, I would have booked directly with the Muir Hotel in Halifax and not have used Expedia"

"The hotel location is great, but what made our stay even better was the staff. We had a few issues with our room and parking and the staff always resolved the issue. We eve had manager reach out directly to ensure our stay was comfortable. The pool and gym are nice, and breakfast is also okay. Would recommend this place 100%"
