"Loved the location and the cottage. Cottage we had was perfectly equipped for our needs including food prep (full size stove & fridge/sink/pots/frying pan/mixing bowl/knives/cutlery/plates/mugs, etc.), nice sized indoor table with chairs, BBQ available, our own deck with chairs. Parking spot right beside our unit. The beach on the ocean was just steps away. Cottage was spotlessly clean and finishes were pristine."

"Unfortunately they had some staffing and town water issues when we were there so we couldn't try the restaurant which is why they only got 4 stars. The great view, room size, and amazing location made up for not being able to eat at the restaurant. The room could use some updates and the bed was smaller than we expected, but we would 100% stay there again. Worth paying the extra money to stay in town and would 100% recommend this place to anyone passing through."

"Frank and Val's waterfront property was just the perfect setting. Peaceful with just the sound of wild life around us.The cottage was exceptionally clean, well maintained and very nicely stocked with everything you could possibly need. The seaside decor was lovely and the rooms were all very comfortable and inviting. The outside seating areas were cozy and the fire pit was very nice.The hosts were very quick to respond to any queries and the binder with information about the cottage was handy. We would definitely stay here again."

"My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage. It was clean and well located and Chris and Diane were very welcoming and helpful. The cottage grounds were beautiful and it was a pleasure to be able to sit outside and enjoy our morning coffee.We gave it four out of five stars because there was no indication that both bedrooms and the bathroom were up a steep staircase with an open side (no bannister). Neither of us felt we could take our bags up such steep stairs. While there was an option for an outside shower, the shower in the upstairs bathroom was very cramped and one needed to be limber to use it. I understand this would not be a problem for those who are young and fit, but as both of us had balance issues, it was a problem for us."

"The rooms are directly above the restaurant. The staff are great. Our room overlooked the restaurant patio and Lunnenburg wharfs. There was chatter and activity until closing. There is no A/C but it cooled off quickly with the windows open. The bathroom fan did not work, nor did the lower receptacles on the bedside. We unplugged the bedside lamps to charge our phones."
