"We arrived at this property when it was misty and rainy. It was such a pleasant surprise to see the 2 nearby glaciers the next day. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing which is what we wanted. All but one staff member we encountered were very nice and helpful. That one staff member had an attitude that her job was beneath her and it showed in how she dealt with the guests. "

"It was fabulous! We arrived after a lagoon boat tour in the pouring rain. We were soaked to the bone. We got to our rooms to find robes and slippers which we immediately put on and headed to the jacuzzis. It was heaven! We had dinner at the hotel and it was fabulous! Our group is from New York and Chicago, so we are used to great food. We were pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"Convenient to Glacier Lagoon. Provided a continental breakfast. Located in a rural setting. Nice comfortable rooms. Large common area with sofas and chairs and a television for relaxing outside of the room. Located near pastures with sheep And A view of the coast. Very peaceful and serene."
