Misleading & bad customer service.
"Horrible: We rented this house for 3nights/4 days but left after the first night due to the bad air quality. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING, and the thermostat does not work. It was over 91° with extreme humidity. Our family had to SLEEP IN THE BASEMENT to keep cool & breathe. Only 2 window fans, and ..."
