"We love the location. The furniture has been updated compared to the pictures. The mattresses were not the most comfortable, but the couch was a good alternative. Some of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The closet did not function well as it kept falling. There is no washer/dryer, I think that is just a standard description. There was a very full game closet that we loved! Walking distance to the beach! WiFi was great. Had a good selection of pots and pans. "

"We had a great time with friends and family at this wonderful home. Pool, BBQ grill, enough seating for a big reunion . Having separate units gave privacy when needed. Perfectly located to get to Nauset and Marconi. If you’re looking for a clean ,well situated place for a large gathering, this is the place."

"I'll start with the good, great secluded spot near really nice beaches. Plenty of room in the house, and lots of trails for hiking. Great big tubs (2). Now the not so good... There is no TV, there is no grill, the tub jets don't work in the one downstairs. There is a fire pit, but the area outside is neglected and overgrown. It was an ok spot, I've definitely had better for the price. "
