"Words can’t describe how awesome this home is, but I’ll give it my best shot. To start, I booked this less then 24hrs prior to arrival and Tara and team absolutely came through. All their extra, add-on packages are so unique and we took advantage of them. We came during the off-season for purposeful quiet time and it was silent! All you could hear was the ocean. The house is meticulously kept up and simple decor, yet elegant. The little, heartfelt takeaways were just the icing on the cake. I will say, the kitchen is down right awesome. Everything is brand new and serves to show how much they care about this property. I can’t recommend this place enough. Unbelievably awesome two night stay. Thank you, thank you, thank you. "

"This was the perfect house for our family to gather and have a short fall vacation together! We loved sitting outside around the fire at the end of long days out enjoying different parts of the Cape. We also loved being able to easily get to so many beaches within just 10-15 minutes from here. We couldn't have imagined a better or more communicative host! "Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Easy check in. We rented linens which came by recommendation of the owner. The size of rooms and lay out were as described and the beds were comfortable. They have extra chairs and beach chairs and a few water toys in the basement, washer and dryer were used and great. The TV took some getting used to, it is not a smart TV so if you have not used chrome before you need the app on a device. We brought our Apple TV and it worked fine. Good variety of pans,etc. for cooking and glasses, blender, utensils etc. Missing some non-serrated sharp knives so may want to bring your own. One other unexpected note the roof top deck appears to imply you can see the ocean and sunsets, we were expecting to use it but were disappointed it is dilapidated and locked access understandably. The deck is in great shape. Nice fire pit area. Campground beach has great sunsets and nice size beach area nice to walk over and not need to park or pay. We would definitely rent again!
