"What a beautiful house! Really even nicer than you can tell from the pictures on VRBO. A large flat backyard made it possible for us to set up a net for doubles badminton, plus a cornhole game, and there is total privacy. The large back deck is lovely -- spent a lot of time reading and relaxing there -- and we loved the screened back porch as well. We cooked in almost every night, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. It's not exactly a few steps to the beach -- it's a small hike. But also quite close to Thumpertown Beach and Camp Ground Beach, which you can drive to with an Eastham Town sticker, both lovely. We had a great time there and are planning on returning next year!"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The place was cute, spotless and had quality furnishings. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great set up for coffee in the morning. The yard is very pretty and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck. And the hosts were so nice and helpful-we got an early check-in and they responded immediately to our questions. We rent on the cape pretty often and this place was one of the best."

"First, the house and location was fantastic and clearly the owners take pride in their home and in making it a lovely space for guests. I do wish there was a written packet on site of house directions/instructions. There are a few in the online “guest portal” but you have to really look . Given this lack of info, BE ADVISED!!! The property management company will NOT be responsive, a “local team” will not return calls as their main office promises. You will be given phone #s and chat options to reps who do not know the property and who give you tje run around. We had questions and concerns (about the listing saying “partial ac”, working the heat and the locks) before and during our stay, and got only one answered (via app text) — the night before check out. Luckily we did not have an urgent issues. Despite how great the property is, I would not return if Vue Stay is still managing it."

"Lovely property with lots of room for everyone. Downstairs was very musty and main TV room could use an A/C unit as it was very warm in that room. Otherwise, well equipped house with comfy beds, linens..Well stocked kitchen which was great because we made all meals at the house. Nice to have so many spices to cook with!"
