"The staff were accommodating and helpful during my two night stay. The room was quite spacious, entirely pleasant and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. There was marked grouting in the shower but other than that the room was spotlessly clean (drapes, skirting boards, surfaces etc). I would happily be a returning quest when I am next in the area. Thank you for a pleasant stay. "

"The room was clean and smelt nice but there are several details that should really be attended to. Staff were wonderful and attentive. It was quiet from road noise and the permanent residents were friendly while mostly keeping to themselves. Location was good for my needs. Mattress was not real comfortable and older style but was generally clean as was the bedding. Stains on the carpet. Airconditioner very old, broken fins loud and dirty. Shower toilet really needs updating with inground mould in shower and badly patched toilet surround. Drinking water in the fridge would be nice for guests and a flannel per guest. Towels could do with changing out as one of mine was visibly stained. All in all 3/5 Good price but definitely budget conscious accommodation."

"Having own laundry service was perfect! Room was quiet even while being on a main road. Pool was perfect, we utilised the steam and sauna rooms. Everything was great!"
