" Reserved 2 Rooms , I paid for , 1 king room and 1 double queen room. I recvd 2 king rooms. Not the dbl queen room I reserved and paid for. 1 queen room the receptionist have a visitor a key and he tried to enter my room, he tried to open the room door with a lot of force it was really loud! Thank God I had put the extra inside top lock on for the night! The receptionist apologized said it was her fault, also the room had ROACHES!! My God ! Roaches .Nasty roaches, I will Never ever stay here again Never. DONT STAY HERE!! DONT STAY HERE. YOU PAY TO SOEND THE. IVHT WITH RIACHES!!!!! NO DIS COUNT, NO , NO REUMBURSMENT FOR THE RIACH INFESTED ROOM! NOTHING!! "

"Biggest problem was bugs. Killed 2 roaches and some other bugs. Not even a bar of soap was provided. 2nd time to stay here, and it will be my last. "

"The bathroom wasn’t super clean. I found something stuck to the side of the sink, and some debris in the shower basin. Maybe dirt, just not the standard of clean I’m used to. The people above us were extremely loud and we could hear everything in the hall. The pillows were awful. I would not stay here again. "

"Remodelled hotel from another brand with updated furniture and bathroom. Breakfast was very good. The only complaint was the small details here and there, like bath tub floor was stained, paint underneath the heat/AC unit was peeled off, hair dryer was broken. "

"No stopper in bathtub and front desk asked to move us to different room. Why not just get stopper from another room for us? Why can't staff think outside the box. Also Netflix didn't work. Staffs response was " yeah, there's bedn problems". How about fux it or compensate somehow."
