"We stayed for 10 days in preparation for a granddaughter's wedding. It is very clean and the desk staff is outstanding. Every time we needed assistance, they were there to ensure our issue was addressed. The only small issue we had was trying to get the housekeeping staff to understand when we needed attention to our room. There was no sign for "make up room", only for privacy. Their English was almost non existent which is fine, but even when we would leave word at the desk that we needed turn down or towels, it was missed. Small inconvenience for a great stay. Thank you. "

Enough time for the housekeepers to be informed and no misunderstandings happen. I had just got dressed and I have giant muscles legs the housekeepers would have fainted "

"This was our second time staying at The Armstrong. I love a small hotel and The Armstrong has it all - location is the best, use of bikes to ride to breweries, quick walks to nearby coffee and pastry shops, site seeing and shopping. The staff is great and a shout out to Trie! We tried the restaurant in the basement this trip - fabulous and cool! Oh and the Nespresso machine in our room - !!"
