"Pool was lovely but freezing cold!!!!! I’m not sure why they don’t heat their pools in Italy. Very few people use the pools for obvious reasons. However the hotel rooms, dining and staff were excellent!!!! I’d go back!!"

Only issue we had it was smoke smell from the previous guest that was super strong, but the staff was brilliant and made all the effort to helps us out during the first night and manage to move us to a different room.
