"We were very excited about staying here with a balcony looking out over the Amalfi Cathedral, but the hotel was having building work done on the facade, so we couldn’t see a view or use the balcony. However, the hotel told us this beforehand & gave us complimentary limoncello plus 30% off dinner in their rooftop restaurant which was excellent & did offer a beautiful view there. I’d stay here again. Great room too. "

The staff was amazing, our suite was absolutely stunning and wonderfully acquainted, and housekeeping was adorable with their little notes left in Italian. "Breakfast is not really a buffet. They serve you and there could be a long line. Food is cold and they even have a microwave on the side. The hotel is quite old and they have plastic glasses in the room. Not nice "

"Do they know the meaning of the words:HUMAN, HUMANITY, RESPECT,PROFESSIONALISM,HOW TO DO BUSINESS,HOW TO RESPECT when someone submitted MEDICAL PAPERS that explains why someone CAN NOT TRAVEL AND THE TRIP NEEDS TI BE CANCELED? That was MY SITUATION and they TOOK MY MONEY and never ANSWERED. I am an INTERNATIONAL TRAVELER and CANT WAIT to be back to Italy , a country that I visit VERY OFTEN, to stop by the hotel to see if they are capable of giving me AN IN PERSON EXPLANATION WITH DETAILS OF WHY THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK AND DID NOT RESPECT THE MEDICAL PAPER THAT I SUBMITTED. As simple as that THEY ARE THE WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH. Please, THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING ANYTHING WITH THEM. "
