The staff were welcoming and spoke a variety of languages fluently. The bartender, Folios, gave us lots of suggestions for food and places to go. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Brussels Midi station, which is very convenient. However, the area where the hotel is located is very dirty and unsafe at night. We never had any issues with being accosted or harassed, and did notice a strong police presence in the train station, which was comforting. We only traveled around the area between 8am-7pm. We didn't feel comfortable traveling later than that. We have always had good experiences staying at Radisson properties, so it's a shame that such a nice hotel is stuck in a lousy area."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. There was good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel itself is walking distance from the main attractions (approx 22 minutes to the Grand Place). The hotel is a stone throw away from Brussels Midi station where you can also find trams and buses nearby. Good selection of bars, restaurants and grocery shops in the area. Make sure to bring a reusable/refillable water bottle. A water dispenser is located in the hotel lobby. Wear good walking shoes for all those cobbled streets while sightseeing."
