"Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here."
"No wifi at all event though 4 box’s were listed, horribly overpriced £90/night - bathroom had mold around the window/ceiling, shower head didn’t fit the holder so had to hold it to be able to use the shower. Restaurant and bar not open in the evenings, and hardly any staff around bar one guy. Only up side was there was parking outside the property. Dead wasps on the the floor of the hall way. Curtains had holes in them. 1/3 light bulbs in the bathroom, list could go on but I just advise never...
"The room was clean and the location was perfect. Easy to check yourself in and park.
It was disappointing that there was no bottled water in the room & tea coffee wasn’t great. I think for the price I would have expected some toiletries and at least bottled water. Very basic and the lighting at the top of the stairs only came on when you were under it and if you are staying in an attic room you can’t see."
