Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Leave all used bath towels on the bathroom floor. - Place TV remotes back where they belong. - Close any windows (if opened)
- If you bring a pet, please clean up all droppings in the front and back yard before check-out. A $75 yard cleaning fee will apply if any waste is left behind.
- Bag all the garbage and make sure to double-tie all bags. - Do a final walk-thru to check for personal belongings. Please send us a quick message when head out so we can alert our cleaners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We stayed during the weekdays for 6 1/2 weeks. The fire alarm was very sensitive whenever we used the stove. Seemed fine with the oven. When I made toast once (not burnt either) the fire alarm went off again. The sound proofing between the upstairs guests and our basement suite was not good at all. Very noisy and I’m sure for them also. The basement also has no thermostat so upstairs controls the heat. A few times it was very cold. Once the upstairs lady must have been doing hot yoga or something and the heat was so unbearable that we opened up every window to sleep. It was still cold outside.Overall it was all we needed and we left every weekend for home anyway. Would definitely look for a quieter place next time.
