Our home also has 2.5 full sparkling clean washrooms with complimentary soap, shampoo, body wash, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. Our climate is quite cool year round. We do however have portable fans for your comfort when we do get hot spells in the summer months.
✦EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT✦ We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but we allow a 1-hour flexibility with 24-hour notice. A $30 fee applies for early check-ins or late check-outs, subject to approval, as its not always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we'll notify you.
✦LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS✦ Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings left behind after your stay. We recommend thoroughly checking the property before departing. Items left behind will be stored for 14 days and then donated or discarded. Coordinating pickup or delivery of items will incur a fee.
✦SELF CHECK-IN✦ Easily check yourself in with our electronic lock on the front door of the private entrance. Codes will be provided to you after you book with us.
✦MAIL & PARCELS✦ We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, please connect with a local post office to find out about renting a post office box. For bigger parcel deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are not responsible to retrieve mail or parcels on your behalf.
✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP if it is an urgent matter, but there is no on site staff 24/7.
✦ Profiles with a review rating below 4 stars cannot book instantly. If such a reservation is confirmed, it may be canceled under certain circumstances. New profiles without reviews will be manually reviewed and subject to screening and questioning. They may require a $500 refundable security deposit before a booking is confirmed and check-in instructions are shared. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of the reservation, assuming there are no missing items or damages to the property.
✦CANCELLATIONS✦ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. If you wish to protect yourself from unexpected last minute cancellations, please consider purchasing your own travel insurance to obtain the level of protection you desire. ✦ Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. There are others living in the area so we have neighbours to respect.
✦ No pets allowed in the home.
✦ Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.
✦ This is a NON-PARTY home. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
✦ No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) and no drug use - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
✦ Do not tamper with any fire alarms, smoke detectors, or security cameras on the property. These devices are in place for everyone’s safety. If any are found to be tampered with or disabled, a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system.
✦ The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person/per night.
✦ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
✦ Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
