"Easy check in. We were missing the ice bucket so we had to use the cups to transport the ice back to the room. Front desk offered to get it from their storage but it probably would’ve taken longer since she was the only one there. Also our TV was out not connecting to the satellite, but they were quick to send someone to help. Comfort: bed was comfortable, pillow were good and we slept in with no interruptions from the outside activities "
