Enjoy fantastic sunsets at this beautiful Door County Waterfront home!

Welcome to the Villa-a fantastic completely renovated waterfront cottage south of Egg Harbor. Your family will enjoy the privacy of 2 acres of Bay Shore woods with 165 ft of shoreline. The Villa is just minutes from multiple golf courses, shops and restaurants, Egg Harbor Town Beach and Frank Murphy park and boat launch.

You'll find it difficult to leave the cottage as the setting offers you captivating waterfront vistas of Green Bay, endless hours of beach activities and magnificent sunsets.

There's a screened in porch facing the water with a deck that has a dining table that seats 8. A limestone walkway leads you to a large 2nd deck on the shoreline where there are comfy Adirondack chairs. Two waterside fire pits, a large hammock, a new Weber grill and a terrific outdoor shower offer you a complete vacation getaway!

This 1900 square foot home was fully renovated in 2015. Step inside the cottage and walk into the great room with vaulted white washed ceilings, stained ash floors, a gas fireplace. large screen TV and huge sliding doors offering panoramic views of the water.

The open floor plan hosts a brand new well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a black walnut island that seats 8 and measures 120" x 48" .

The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and 2 twin beds. They share a bathroom with two sinks and a tub/shower.

There is a separate laundry room with a new washer and dryer. You might also like to hang your clothes on our outside clothes line which face the water.

The cottage has its own private beach with yet another deck for swimming, sunbathing and sunsets.

The Villa will wash away stress and leave you with a new found love of Door County.

Beautiful property! Wonderful location and peaceful setting to watch the sunsets. Love love love it, has everything you need for a memorable stay, I look forward to my next stay at the Villa!!Host is fantastic, so helpful and kind, highly recommend (although I’d rather keep the Villa a secret since it’s such a gem!)

Very clean, quiet and adorable place located right on the water. This is my first time to Door County so I was not quite sure which area to stay in. The rental is listed at Egg Harbor but the gps and maps are listed as Sturgeon Bay. I believe its the very south end of Egg Harbor…which is further from all the main towns than I had expected. We did a lot of driving. Everything is about 15- 20 minutes away. Definitely a nice peaceful place if that’s the vibe you are looking for. We were there for a girls weekend, and next time we’ll try to find something that is actually in Egg Harbor or Fish Creek.

My husband, sister and brother-in-law thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The view was spectacular because of all the windows and the living/kitchen area was perfectly designed, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The location was very private and quiet which made for an especially nice time. We look forward to another weekend at the Villa!

This beautiful home enchanted us from the moment we arrived. The spacious rooms and screen porch offered many spots in which to relax and visit, that is if you could take your eyes off of the incredible lake view anand the surrounding property area.

We just returned from a long weekend trip to Door County Wi. We couldn't have found a better place for us to stay! This place is exactly as described, only better, there is no way to describe how peaceful it is to hear the waves softly running against the shore while looking at the stars on a moonless night. This place has it all, peace, quite, not too far from town, and it's fully equipped. We found the peninsula kind of crowded during the weekend, and to be honest, we found the food not to be near as good as we remembered, COVID has done a lot of damage, everywhere. This place had all we would have needed to prepare much better meals than most of what we got going out, and we wouldn't have had to leave this beautiful setting to boot. Barbara, the host was very easy to communicate with, the place is gorgeous, we just can't say enough good things about it. We feel very fortunate to have been able to share this wonderful place, should you decide to do the same, we don't believe you would ever be disappointed!

The sunsets were beautiful over the bay! The house was well stocked with cooking utensils and spices. The most we have had in our VRBO stays. The house was clean and very comfortable . Barbara was easy to work with and helpful! We loved our stay! Thanks so much!

We (five sisters) spent two wonderful days and nights at Villa Royer. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the five of us. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could have needed. The views of Lake Michigan from the living room and screen porch were amazing and the sunset over the lake on our first night was simply stunning. We woke the next morning to a full moon shining over the lake. Communication with Barbara was easy and quick. The location was perfect, quiet and private yet a short drive from shops and restaurants. We highly recommend Villa Royer and are already planning a return visit.

It is a quiet relaxing area. Close to shore with all the necessary amenities. We used the fire rings n the fire place. Well maintained and the landscaping was well done. Would refer it to anyone and we have stayed in some we would not. Thank you for a pleasant time .

We would definitely stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to go to Wisconsin. Wished the weather would have been better so we could have enjoyed the outside space more but we wanted to come in Autumn to see the Fall colors. Did not disappoint!

The weekend we stayed the weather wasn’t great, but even so the property was beautiful. We still enjoyed the sound of the waves and the serenity of the property. We were lucky enough to catch a sunset followed by a storm rolling in. Would definitely go back!

We had a great week in Door County. The property was beautiful and just as VRBO described. A few things that were not so great: I asked the owner for her phone number or for a property manager’s phone number in case we had any problems during our stay. She said she was in Europe and couldn’t be reached and has no property manager. The toaster didn’t work. The fixture for the bathtub drain wouldn’t open once I closed it. So I used the other shower, which was fine. The TV remote in the living room was impossible to figure out without instructions. We could turn it on but couldn’t figure out how to turn the volume up and down or even change the station (no numbers or up and down buttons). A simple sheet of instruction would have been helpful. Same with the thermostat. Pushing the up and down button did not change the temperature. A sheet with instructions for that would help too. We’re not stupid. But when you stay in a new place some things work differently than you’re used to. The red light was on in the laundry room when we arrived on Saturday afternoon, so we called the number she left for the company to come and empty the holding tank. They came on Labor Day. None of these issues affected the wonderful week we had. I could sit in that sunroom and read, listening to the waves for hours. It was a very relaxing place. We really enjoyed our time there, and it was convenient to shopping and galleries. We took the scenic trolley tour just north of Egg Harbor, which I recommend.

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at this property! We love it! The location is perfect, the house has everything we need, and there is a great view. Barbara answered all questions promptly and was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to vacation in Door County.

If you're looking for peace and quiet this is the place to stay! BEAUTIFUL........everything about this place. Enjoyed the great artwork hung throughout the house, awesome fireplace, the big kitchen and bedrooms, and especially the outside area. We were lucky enough to have wonderful weather first week in November took advantage of the firepit by the water and star gazing the awesome night skies, even saw a few shooting stars! Already talking about revisiting Villa Royer - Waterfront Home again!! Thanks for sharing your house with us!!
