Connected to the main house by an upper breezeway and deck, the loft is rented separately, ensuring privacy and exclusivity. To enter the loft, you will use the side door of the garage and walk up the stairs. Though it is above the garage, it is VERY well insulated (certified energy efficient) with air conditioning and heat. The unit has keypad dead-bolt, so check-in is automated.
