We were late to dinner reservations on two occasions due to the delay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff on the sixth floor were friendly and professional."

"I usually stay at this Hotel when Im heading back to Canada, as I have to be up by 4am. This time I accidentally left a scarf there, that was a momento from my deceased mother. I sent n email and they found it in the room and will have it at the desk when I return on the 11th. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the front desk tem are so helpful and the rooms are pristeen and the beds are extremely comfortable. I cant say enough positive things about my repeated experiences atthis hotel. I will return!✨️💗✨️"
