"The reception staff were excellent, friendly and efficient! The hotel room was quiet during the night and close to all the amenities of Eindhoven. The only downside was having no bar facilities but it was very close to bars and restaurants! The breakfast that I had next door, although expensive, was good! Altogether, I would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Worst hotel ever. When we checked in and tried to enter the elevator, it didn't work with our room card and staff told us, to carry our luggage up the stairs. We arrived in our room and it was very disgusting. There was dust on everything, looked like it wasn't cleaned for months. Bathroom wasn't cleaned too. Also, we ordered room with AC and it wasn't there. So we complained to the staff and they relocated us to another room. No more dust, but not very clean either. There wasn't AC again and...

"The hotel was hard to find because the building had literally changed color and material since the photo on the various booking services was taken. The entrance was confusing with a very welcoming glass door towards the reception, that was locked, but an unlocked much less visible door nearby.
