"They tried to give me a free drink at a nearby hotel instead of the free wine. I continued and the finally provided it. I did not eat food at the retaurant as there were plenty of local places to eat. I could not get late checkout, but they allowed me to keep my bags there until i was ready to leave for the airport. All around great experience. "
