"A small family run apart hotel. Rooms a little dated but exceptionally clean. Deniz and her father were fabulous hosts. The breakfast served was probably one of the best we have had in Turkey. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble asked and it was there. I would definitely recommend a stay here. It’s within a 5 minute walk to the river, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be going back."

"I really enjoyed my time at Ilkim. The apartment size was decent, and had three small balconies. The staff were super friendly although they spoke little English we were able to communicate via google translate. The bed was super comfy and our apartment was kept cool even though it was 30degrees outside. We stayed for nearly two weeks and only had our apartment serviced once so I’d say that is probably my only negative review. Location was perfect - close to the main streets, buses, and grocery...

"Very nice villa in a perfect location in Dalyan, a few minutes walk to the center. We felt very comfortable with the children, the pool was great, the terrace by the pool was perfect for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. We didn't miss anything. Taner was a very reliable and accommodating host. The day trip on the boat from Dalyan to the beach was a great vacation experience for all of us. We would love to come back!"

"Booked this as emergency accommodation due to NAT’s breakdown. This Hotel was far superior to the Prime Beach where we had stoped during our holiday. I would actually book here for holiday accommodation in the future. Nice & quiet, good pool & good location. Staff were more than helpful. Had a better experience here during the few days we waited for flight that @ the manic Prime Beach."
