We were breakfast only, but after eating in Mikel & Pintxo we wished we’d gone half board – the food was excellent. Staff went above and beyond by linking our bookings and putting our rooms next to each other. Would highly recommend and would definitely return! "

"The breakfast was amazing and the hotel and amenities lovely. It was really easy to get to Palma by either bus or cab. We checked out early and put the bags in the store room as we had a late flight and thought it would help, so that they could turn the room around comfortably for the next guests. .Unfortunately I left something in the room and realised soon after but wasn’t allowed to retrieve it and was told that housekeeping would check. They didn’t. We also weren’t told that you have to book the courtesy room to shower and change so I had to use the spa which doesn’t have lockable changing rooms. Just a bit of a dampener after an otherwise lovely stay."

"Our stay was only for 4 days and the location was perfect ! The only thing, the hotel is a bit nosy or the walls are too thin. But than again it’s right where it’s super busy by the board walk beach front !"
