"Never written review like this but it was a very poor stay. I would not recommend if not German, as staff will treat you as such, after only finding out you are not will they be helpful and kind. Never experienced anything like it. Does not help with the location so close to the “German” strip in Playa de Palma. "Everything was good EXCEPT the evening meals. Only buffet was available at adult hours. One night like that would have been acceptable but the second night was a Chinese buffet. Not great, and not in keeping with the quality of the hotel or prices."

Wir mussten uns immer wieder in einer langen Warteschlange anstellen, nur um die erneute Auskunft zu bekommen, dass es nicht fertig ist.
