"Loved the pool and area on the roof! My only complaint is the nosey traffic, which can't be helped, but nice to be aware of that. Also, it says oceanfront but there is a busy street, the main one... the ocean is there, but its kinda dirty down on that part and not much beach area. "The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "The hotel is beautiful and the beach couldn’t be any more convenient and safe. The drinks were great and the food decent. Well, the tacos were amazing. I was disappointed that I couldn’t have a reservation during my stay and only had three choices for dinner."

"The room was clean and comfortable, though the phone didn’t work at all. The pools were clean and accessible but the amount of room at the pool bar in the water itself was very limited and provided little to no opportunity to use it. The staff were great and friendly and very helpful. The buffet was mediocre and not nearly as good as many I’ve been to. The Italian restaurant was terrible, staff was short and run thin. There was a bread/cheese bar that we were never offered, the food tasted like it came from a frozen dish put in a microwave and the meal took way longer to finish due to the lack of staff. We used the spa services and were very satisfied. I give it a 4/5 because the staff were great, otherwise it would’ve earned a 3.5."

"The staff was so kind and helpful. Lupita at the front desk sent a special gift to the room because we were celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and neat. Hotel was very well maintained and the grounds were beautiful. Pools were a little warm but still relaxing. Overall, it was a great stay."
