"Clean room, staff super awesome, property location is great with just a short walk to the shops at heavenly. "

"Parking was easy, the location was amazing with a great beach, and the hot tub was nice. I thought the pool would be heated but it wasn't. Luckily the day was nice so it wasn't too bad to be in the pool, especially with the hot tub nearby. There weren't any tea supplies in the room, which is why I rated the amenities a bit lower. The hotel is in an old building so you can definitely hear noises of people moving around outside and on the floor above. Also, when people go to the pool, they can walk right by the back of your room with the screen doors. I forgot which one was my room because there are no labels in the backside and they all look the same so I had to kind of peek in to see if I was at the right door. "

"There was a leaky faucet in our room that dripped into the bottom cabinet. It didn't impact us personally, but it was something we noticed and it got some of the hotel items stored under the sink wet."

"It was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go in the Heavenly shopping area, the gondolas, and some of the casinos. Great for bigger families. There is some wear and tear in the property, which is to be expected for a lower end hotel, but was clean and comfortable and big enough for our family of 5."

"Pleasant Front Desk Staff. Clean room. Hot tub temp seemed to fluctuate between hot and warm. Ice machine (one) is not real convenient. The property is about 3 blocks from restaurants, etc. Room cleaning services are upon request which is a bit disappointing, particularly when our stay was a week long. Parking was not always convenient. All in all, our stay was good and we would likely return."
