"Super mal experiencia, llegue hacer check in me entregaron la llave de la habitación y subo a dejar maletas y en lo que entro veo una toalla en una silla y pense que no estaba limpia la habitación y en lo que sigo caminando veo a un hombre acostado en la cama, y salgo rapido de la entrada del cuarto con mi hijo y voy al front desk a decirles lo que paso y el tipo solo una disculpa y voltea a ver a su compañera y le dice ah es la habitación que no encontrabamos y ya me dieron otra habitación, la vez pasada que me hospedé ahí súper bien me trataron como cliente vip pero esta vez super mal, aparte las de limpieza hacen mucho ruido en las mañanas azotando puertas, trate de hablar con el gerente pero no pude encontrarlo, mi consejo es que toquen antes de entrar a la habitación y mas si llevan familia con niños esta vez gracias a Dios mi hijo y yo no vimos algo más en esa habitación ocupada pero pudo pasar"

"Nice hotel. Staff very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty options to choose from. The only issue was the bathroom door. It was see a through glass door that left gaps all around with a mirror on the wall in front of it. We had to put a sheet over the door for a little more privacy, and you can hear what is going on in the bathroom due to the gaps around the glass door. Other than that, the room was very nice and clean. I don’t think I would book here again unless I’m traveling by myself (usually traveling with other people and to save money we book 1 room) because of the issue with the bathroom door and privacy."
